為了能夠更好的幫助醫(yī)院客服部門(mén)、臨床科室實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化的隨訪工作,解決大量門(mén)診患者、住院患者的隨訪問(wèn)題,同時(shí)提高臨床科研管理信息,提高統(tǒng)計(jì)效率和準(zhǔn)確度,醫(yī)院需要建設(shè)一套完善的患者隨訪平臺(tái),將醫(yī)院各科室相關(guān)隨訪工作進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一管理并實(shí)現(xiàn)所需的各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)功能。

系統(tǒng)采用BS架構(gòu),兼容64位、32位操作系統(tǒng),客戶(hù)端免安裝,瀏覽器訪問(wèn)系統(tǒng),方便快捷。使用人員客戶(hù)端只需要通過(guò)IE瀏覽器(版本為 8.0以上),輸入用戶(hù)名/密碼登陸使用系統(tǒng)。用戶(hù)權(quán)限通過(guò)管理員授權(quán)獲得。
